Former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn pleaded guilty on Friday to the charge of giving false statements to the FBI about communications he had with Russia. Flynn is the latest to come under fire as part of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigations into alleged Russian interference of the 2016 election, and has agreed to full cooperation with investigators. Yet, Fox News contributor Katie Pavlich highlighted a small detail concerning Flynn’s plea and the accusation that Trump had connections with Russia that resulted in his political gain. “The closest we get to Russia with the Flynn information that we have is that he had conversations with the Russian ambassador, but that would be a normal thing for any incoming White House National Security Advisor to do,” Pavlich said.
