Democrats Go To Supreme Court To Demand This One Strange Thing!

Read

Democrats are demanding they have a right to win.  Democrats are asking the court to enter the political realm and find, for the first time, that a legislative map is unconstitutional on partisan-related grounds.  What they are, in essence, saying is that it’s unfair a state which historically elected Democrats, is suddenly voting for Republicans.  Once again the Democrats are demanding equality of outcome, not a fair playing field.

Trump Discovers Elizabeth Warren Stole $5 BILLION From US Taxpayers – What She Did With It Is HORRIFYING

Read

Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren’s biggest achievement from her time in Congress has been the creation of the Consumer Protection Financial Bureau, or CFPB, which was created to act as a watchdog for the financial industry following the 2008-09 financial crisis. Now, however, what she was really doing with the agency has been discovered, and it’s not good.

It was just reported that Trump just appointed Mick Mulvaney to head the CFPB. This is bad for Warren, considering that Mulvaney once called the agency a “joke” and said he does not think it should even exist. Mulvaney is the right man to run this agency, however, since he knows what a nightmare it really is.

REPORT: Obama stopped US task force from taking down Hezbollah’s criminal network in order to secure his Iran nuke deal

Read

An eye-opening report from Politico on Sunday proves the Obama administration was willing to do whatever it took to get its nuclear deal with Iran finalized, even if it meant putting American lives at risk.

According to Politico, the Obama administration turned a blind eye to Hezbollah’s drug-trafficking and money-laundering operations — some of which were unfolding inside the United States — to help ensure the Iran nuclear deal would be finalized.

A project led by the Drug Enforcement Administration, known as Project Cassandra, reportedly targeted the Lebanese militant group’s criminal activities, which included gun and drug-tracking equal to $1 billion. But by tossing a string of roadblocks holding back the project, Obama administration officials helped Hezbollah to grow into a major global security threat bankrolling terrorist and military operations, the report added.

Politico Bombshell Nobody Will Read: Obama Let Hezbollah Run Cocaine Into the U.S.

Read

“In 2008, the DEA launched ‘Project Cassandra’ to track Hezbollah’s trafficking of drug and weapons, money laundering and other criminal activities, some of which were happening in the U.S. As Project Cassandra carried on, the Obama administration threw a series of roadblocks in its way, Politico reported Sunday. When investigators sought approval for prosecutions, arrests, and financial sanctions, the Justice Department and Treasury Department officials delayed, hindered, or denied their requests, the report said.

“‘This was a policy decision, it was a systematic decision,’ Defense Department illicit finance analyst David Asher said. ‘They serially ripped apart this entire effort that was very well supported and resourced, and it was done from the top down,’” and it was all to make sure the Iran deal didn’t get “derailed.” Now, the Iran deal is Obama’s grand achievement of ensuring that the Iranians will secure nuclear weapons in less than 10 years, if they’re not already on the precipice. In order to not derail that, Obama told his Justice Department and Treasury department to stop pursuing Hezbollah as they’re running cocaine into the U.S. conducting money laundering.

It’s a bombshell!

LabMD Appeal Has Privacy World Waiting

Read

It is the case that could define the scope of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s authority in data security.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit heard argument six months ago in LabMD, Inc. v. Federal Trade Commission. As readers of this blog know, the case turns on what kind of consumer harm is required for the agency to maintain a data security enforcement action.

Yet, for a case with such potentially broad implications, it doesn’t involve a high-profile data breach with millions of protected healthcare records roaming freely in the digital ether. Nor does it involve a single instance of identity theft or untoward use of patient information.

Attorney Lisa Bloom sought to line up paydays for women accusing Trump of sexual misconduct

Read

Legal powerhouse Lisa Bloom tried to line up big paydays for women who were willing to accuse President Trump of sexual misconduct during the final months of last year’s election, according to an explosive report.

The Hill reported Friday that Bloom worked with campaign donors and tabloid media outlets to arrange compensation for the alleged victims and a commission for herself, offering to sell their stories. In one case, Bloom reportedly arranged for a donor to pay off one Trump accuser’s mortgage and attempted to score a six-figure payment for another woman. The former ultimately declined to come forward after being offered $750,000, the clients told The Hill.

FBI agents had secret ‘insurance policy’ in case Trump won

Read

Just one month into the FBI’s Trump-Russia investigation – and only weeks after the FBI had been given a copy of the anti-Trump dossier in the summer of 2016 – one of the FBI’s top Russian counterintelligence experts discussed an “insurance policy” in the event that then-presidential candidate Donald Trump won election to the White House.  After months of bashing Trump in texts and stating that Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton “just has to win,” Peter Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page exchanged a cryptic text concerning a so-called “insurance policy” against a possible Trump win.  On Aug. 15, 2016, Strzok wrote: “I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in [Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe’s] office that there’s no way he gets elected – but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40 …”

Simpson stated that Ohr, who recently held the position of deputy assistant attorney general, sought the meeting “to discuss our findings regarding Russia and the election.”

Simpson also disclosed that Fusion GPS hired Ohr’s wife, Nellie, to serve as a subcontractor on Trump-related work.

Paul Ryan: Congress will stop using taxpayer funds to settle sex harassment suits

Read

House Speaker Paul Ryan announced Wednesday that Congress will no longer use taxpayer dollars to settle sexual harassment claims against lawmakers.  “That’s among the things we’re working on right now” as part of a package of reforms, Ryan said in an interview with Wisconsin radio station WISN.  Three lawmakers have recently stepped down over sexual harassment or misconduct claims.  This month, Texas Rep. Blake Farenthold announced he would reimburse taxpayers the $84,000 his office used to settle a sexual harassment lawsuitbrought by his former spokeswoman.

As previously reported, the House Ethics Committee announced Thursday it cleared Rep Devin Nunes (R-CA) of claims he mishandled classified information after dragging it out for eight months.

NEWS – Hillary Just Slapped With A Wrongful Death Lawsuit — And Clinton Thought It Would Never Happen To Her

Read

The loss of American lives at the embassy in Benghazi, Libya, was a terrible tragedy that few believe could not have been avoided, if only those responsible for issuing orders to send readily available help had done so when help was requested.  We’ve all heard about the claims from special operations SEAL teams that wanted to go help the ambassador, and the soldiers acting as his bodyguards were ordered to “stand down” by persons unknown in the Obama administration. Believe me, we all have our suspicions about who the unknown person or persons might be.

Who sets up a slush fund to pay off sexual harassers?

Politicians, that’s who. Congress set up this fund knowing how they behave. What’s worse is they have the gall to use TAXPAYER MONEY to fund their sexual improprieties.

THE MEDIA MOLESTATION OF ALABAMA

Read

In the heat of the mass media moment, there is a chance you overlooked the most disturbing revelation of recent weeks: Lack of mental discipline in America. Journalists have conflated allegations and hearsay with criminal conviction. A state auditor has compared 1970s dating habits to Bible stories. Never-Trumpers are filing in procession for their losing-your-soul-at-the-ballot box litany. These cases could decorate awareness posters for routine self-examination of our reasoning competence.

“Logic!” I can hear C.S. Lewis’s Professor Digory Kirke exclaiming. “Why don’t they teach logic at these schools?”

Because a prideful people fears being embarrassed more than it fears being wrong, you will likely see more voter shaming towards Alabama than critical thinking the remainder of this race. A hasty press has assumed the duty of shaming Alabama voters into submission.

Dick Morris – Earthquake Will Rock The Swamp When FBI Informant Testifies

Dick Morris believes an earthquake is about to hit Washington DC, in the form of William Campbell, the FBI informant that is now scheduled to spill the beans to Congress on the shenanigans that was going on between the FBI, the Clintons, Obama and his corrupt regime, and the Russians over rights to US Uranium assets.
He gives a short summary of what Campbell likely has on the crooked officials and how he got it, noting that he began in 2009 to infiltrate and collect evidence of racketeering against the Russians, on behalf of the FBI.

Schools Ban Textbooks That Don’t Promote LGBT

Government K-8 schools in California recently became the first in America to start demanding pro-homosexual and transgender propaganda in history textbooks, sparking celebrations among those who would indoctrinate children. In fact, history textbooks that refuse to push the party line on the so-called LGBT agenda will be banned from government schools in the state.

The decision to ban books that do not dishonestly celebrate homosexuality and alleged homosexuals, taken this month, was made pursuant to the 2011 “Fair Education Act.” The scheme mandates that history and social studies curricula promote the “accomplishments” of LGBT types, even if claims that a historical person was a homosexual are disputed or outright bogus.

F.C.C. Net Neutrality Rules Clear Hurdle as Republicans Concede to Obama

Originally about what Obama was doing in 2015, it has come up again and just a look back might help give us some insight.

WASHINGTON — Senior Republicans conceded on Tuesday that the grueling fight with President Obama over the regulation of Internet service appears over, with the president and an army of Internet activists victorious.

The Federal Communications Commission is expected on Thursday to approve regulating Internet service like a public utility, prohibiting companies from paying for faster lanes on the Internet. While the two Democratic commissioners are negotiating over technical details, they are widely expected to side with the Democratic chairm.
